Bodhi Tree Solutions (BTS) was founded in 2013 by Adrian E. Urgena, a thought leader in organizational performance and value creation. The Bodhi (or Bo) tree is known as the Tree of Wisdom. Wisdom, defined as the proper application of knowledge, represents the final link in the information value chain – the point at which value is realized through action based on insight.

Adrian E. Urgena is an executive advisor and operating leader with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations convert complexity into durable enterprise value. His work sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, governance, and technology, with a focus on enforcing decision discipline and confronting execution reality early—especially in AI‑era transformation contexts where speed‑to‑value and credibility matter.
Adrian has led and advised organizations across the full spectrum of scale, from early‑stage companies through midsize and Fortune 500 enterprises. He brings hands‑on experience across operations, technology, sales, customer service, and enterprise leadership, enabling him to align strategy with real operating constraints rather than abstract plans. His advisory and operating work consistently centers on surfacing risk early, resolving execution misalignment, and translating decisions into measurable outcomes.
A significant portion of Adrian’s experience spans the full M&A lifecycle, including diligence, integration, separation, and post‑close value realization. He has advised executive teams, boards, and investors across more than $30B of transaction value, helping organizations protect downside risk, accelerate integration, and achieve intended strategic outcomes across industries, deal types, and geographies.
Adrian’s work in advanced analytics and AI‑enabled execution includes leading the design and deployment of enterprise data and analytics platforms that integrate complex, multi‑source environments to improve decision‑making at scale. His experience includes integrating data from more than 20 acquisitions into enterprise BI platforms for a $1.3B global company, as well as developing predictive and prescriptive analytics embedded directly into operational workflows for regulated health and human services organizations—improving performance, accountability, and competitive position.
He is the Principal of Bodhi Tree Solutions, an AI‑enabled advisory and operating platform that embeds AI directly into decision and execution cycles to accelerate speed‑to‑value under real execution and governance constraints. Through BTS, Adrian works with founder‑owners, executive teams, boards, and investors navigating high‑stakes transformation, growth inflection points, and execution risk—where disciplined judgment matters as much as technical capability.
