Adrian has more than 20 years of experience in business leadership and consulting roles spanning operations, IT, sales, customer service, and client account management. This experience includes significant tenure with companies of all sizes, from start-up through midsize and Fortune 500. In these roles, Adrian has demonstrated expertise in process optimization, enterprise technology deployment, IT and data governance, advanced analytics, agile development methodologies, and M&A.
Adrian has extensive experience with the operational aspects of the M&A lifecycle from diligence through to post-close integration and separation. He has maximized return on more than $30B of transaction value by advising clients on 150+ deals across multiple industries, types, sizes, and geographies.
Adrian’s work in IT and advanced analytics includes the successful development and deployment of an enterprise platform integrating disparate customer and product usage data from 20+ acquisitions into Business Intelligence (BI) systems that drive revenue optimization and customer delight in a $1.3B global company. He also led the development and implementation of predictive and prescriptive analytics integrated with transactional systems for case management, which enhanced operational performance and competitive advantage for a $280M health & human services firm.
